DCSWA responds to public record requests in accordance to the PA Right-to-Know Law (RTKL).
The following information is meant to help citizens efficiently and accurately submit RTKL Requests to the DCSWA. Click on each section header to expand and read more about the steps required to submit a RTKL Request to DCSWA.

The DCSWA adopted this policy pursuant to Section 504(a) of the RTKL. It’s available to the public at our Main Office, along with a the RTKL Uniform Request Form.

All RTKL Requests must by submitted in writing using the Standard RTKL Form. No verbal requests will be accepted.

All RTKL Requests must be submitted in writing to the Agency Open Records Officer (AORO). Submissions are accepted in person (walk-in), by mail or email, and fax.
